Nikon has announced their first
rugged camera called CoolPix AW110 for
any type of outdoor situations with Waterproof to be used in depth of 18m
underwater, shockproof with stand falls from 2m, freeze proof to -10°C and dust
resistant, 3-inch display screen with anti-reflective coating for bright and
clear display even direct sunlight or underwater, Action Control allow to
choose shooting mode and apply camera settings by pressing large button side of
the camera, Underwater mode automatically adjust white balance, WiFi allow to wirelessly
share photos and videos on social networking sites, smartphone or tablet and GPS
with electronic compass and world map shows position and direction of shooting.
The Nikon AW110 has 16-mega pixels CMOS backside illumination sensor, 5x
optical zoom with 28-140mm lens, 3-inch OLED LCD, Full HD video recording with
stereo sound, EXPEED C2 image processing engine and 125-1600 ISO sensitivity
for low light conditions.
The Nikon AW110s has Wi-Fi, GPS, Motion and Vibration Reduction, SD/SDHC/SDXC
memory card slot for extra storage, Hi-Speed USB, dimension 110.1 x 65.3 x 24.5
mm, weight 193 grams and EN-EL12 Li-Ion battery takes 250 shots per single
charge.
The Nikon CoolPix AW110 is going to release in February in Silver, Camouflage,
Blue, Black and Orange colors at price of $349.95.
