Lenovo has officially announced
their first Chromebook ThinkPad x131e
specially designed for students with quick access to thousands of apps and
educational resources, reinforced cover and hinges, rubberized edges and
corners, Chrome is the light weight operating system with Chrome web browser app
also download and installs updates automatically, fast startup gets online
instantly and Active Protection System protects hard drive and data.
The Lenovo ThinkPad Chromebook has 11.6-inch LED anti-glare display
screen with 1366 x 768 pixels resolution, Google Chrome operating system, Intel
Celeron processor, 4GB RAM, 16GB solid state drive, HD web camera for video chat with
friends, thickness 1.3 inches and weight 1.8 kg.
The Lenovo x131e Chromebook has dual Wi-Fi easy to connect to wireless
network, VGA and HDMI port allow students to show their presentations on big
screen TV or projector, Ethernet LAN, 2 USB 3.0 ports, USB 2.0 port and 6-cell
battery provides up to 6.5 hours of use.
The Lenovo ThinkPad x131e Chromebook
will be available from 26 February at starting price of $429.
