Acer has officially announced V5
Series notebooks Aspire V5-171, Aspire V5-471 and Aspire V5-571 comes in 11.6-inch, 14-inch and 15.6-inch
respectively that are 30% thinness as compare to previous models running
Windows 8 OS with 10-point multti-touch and non-touch version, Acer Clear.Fi to
store, manage and share media contents to DLNA compatible devices, Instant
Connect automatically scan and registers most access point WiFi and in just 2.5
seconds connect to internet which is four time faster than conventional methods
and AcerCloud allows to remotely access to digital contents through tablet or
smartphone.
Acer Aspire V5-171 has 11.6-inch display screen and weight 3
pounds. Acer Aspire V5-471 has
14-inch display screen and weight 4.63 pounds. Acer Aspire V5-471 has 15.6-inch display screen and weight 5
pounds.
Acer Aspire V5 has HD CineCrystal LED backlight display screen
delivers crystal clear images and brilliant colors, Intel Core i3/i5/i7 3rd
generation processor with Turbo Boost technology improves system performance
and extend battery life, Intel HD Graphics 4000, 500GB or 750GB hard drive and
Windows 8 operating system
Aspire V5 has DVD writer for 14-inch and 15.6-inch models, dual
speakers with Dolby Advance Audio delivers crisp and clear sound, 1.3-mega
pixels HD web camera for video chat with family and friends with microphone for
excellent voice quality and reducing background noise, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, USB
3.0 ports and HDMI allow to connect notebook with external displays.
The Acer Aspire V5 will be available from 26 October in Silver and
Black color options at price of $449.99 for Acer V5-471 non-touch, $749.99 for
Acer V5-471 touch, $499.99 for Acer V5-571 non-touch and $699.9 for touch.
