Nikon has announced their newest
compact camera called Coolpix A is
the first camera comes with DX-format CMOS sensor delivering extraordinary
image quality and high sensitivity to handle most demanding shooting
conditions, aluminum alloy and top surface with magnesium alloy for durability,
EXPEED 2 image processing engine delivers sharp and high resolution images and
movies, Active D-Lighting prevents highlights and shadows of high contrast
scenes for images in both light and dark conditions, Picture Control allow to
choose and adjust settings for photos according to scene and HDMI cable allow to output
photos and videos on large external display.
It has feature of GPS that record information such
as latitude, longitude, altitude, time and date, Wireless Mobile Adapter to wirelessly
transfer and share photos and videos with smart devices such as tablet,
smartphone, notebooks and social networks and in-camera image editing software simply
and quickly enhanced image with intuitive operation.
The Nikon Coolpix A has 16.2-mega pixels CMOS DX image sensor, 18.5mm
NIKKOR fixed lens with 28mm wide angle view, 3-inch 921k LCD display with wide
viewing angle and anti-reflection coating and external optical viewfinder.
It also has support of Full HD 1080p
video recording with stereo sound, SD/SDHC/SDXC memory card slot, 100-6400 ISO sensitivity,
HDMI and USB port, dimension 111 x 64.3 x 40.3 mm, weight 299 grams and EN-EL20
Li-Ion battery takes 230 shots and 1 hr 10 min video recording.
Nikon Coolpix S will be going to release from end of March at price
of $1,099.99 in Silver and Black colors.
