Fujifilm has announced their rugged
camera FinePix XP200 specially designed
for extreme conditions such as climbing mountains or diving in the oceans that
can operate underwater to depth of 15 meters, shockproof from the drop of
2-meters height, freezeproof down to -10oC and dustproof, deliver
high quality photos and Full HD movie recording with dedicated button, LCD with
anti-reflective coating visible even in bright sunlight and automatically
adjusting screen brightness, Burst Mode Button takes continuous shooting at
10fps and Wireless Image Transfer allow to transfer images wirelessly to
enabled devices such as computer, mobile or tablet.
It has features like Scene
Recognition Auto intelligently recognize scene and select best camera setting
to capture stunning image of given scene, Shift Image Stabilization reduce blur
effect of shake, Intelligent Digital Zoom doubles the zoom, Face Detection
identifies up to 10 faces and adjusting focus and exposure to bright and clear
result, AutoSave software to backup photos onto your PC using WiFi and In-Camera
image editing such as movie trimming to edit unwanted scene and movie join to
combine multiple movie into single movie.
Fujifilm XP200 has 16.4-mega pixels CMOS image sensor, 5x optical
zoom lens with 28-140mm wide angle view, Full HD 1080p video recording at 60fps,
3-inch display, 39MB built-in storage with SD/SDHC/SDXC memory card slot, 100-6400
ISO sensitivity, USB 2.0 and HDMI port, dimension 116.1 x 71.4 x 30.3 mm, weight
232 grams and Li-Ion NP-50 battery takes 300 shot at single charge.
Fujifilm FinePix XP200 will be available to buy from May 2013 at
price of $299.99 in Blue, Red, Yellow and Black colors.
