Archos has
announced after the success of Gen10 the Gen11 range tablet 101 XS 2 delivers speed, performance
and multimedia, high definition IPS display providing excellent image quality
and extraordinary angle , front speakers with stereo sound, dual band Wi-Fi for
more stable and less congested connection resulting faster download and
browsing speed, thin magnetic Coverboard act as keyboard and kickstand for
typing and watching experience also protecting the tablet, Preloaded with
OfficeSuite Pro for viewing, editing or
creating office documents and Media Center software with complete audio and
video codec and format support to play every file.
Archos 101 XS 2 has 1.6GHz
quad core ARM Cortex A9 processor with Mali-400 GPU, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage and
up to 15GB free remote storage, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system with
full access to Google Play Store.
Archos XS 2 has 10.1-inch
IPS display with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution, 2-mega pixels front camera and rear
camera, dimension 273 x 169 x 10.1 mm and weight 630 grams.
Connectivity wise
it has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, miniHDMI output to connecting with large external
display and microUSB for connecting external devices.
Archos 101 XS 2 will be
available next month December at price of $279 in US and £250 in UK.
