Hewlett-Packard has officially
announced at Mobile World Congress their first tablet called HP Slate 7 has stainless steel frame design
with dual core fast and responsive processor, Field Fringe Switching (HFFS) display
panel provides wide viewing angle for easy viewing games, videos and documents at
any lighting conditions, dual camera support for capturing moments, stereo
speakers with Beats Audio delivers richest audio experience, HP ePrint feature allow
to easily print direct from tablet to any HP printer, Google services such as
Now, Gmail, Drive, Google+ Hangouts for multi-person video chat and YouTube.
This HP Slate Tablet has 7-inch multi-touch screen display with 1024 x
600 pixels resolution, 3-mega pixel back camera, 0.3-mega pixel front facing
camera, dimension 197 x 116x 10.5 mm, weight 370 grams and up to 5 hours
battery life.
The Slate 7 also has 1.6GHz ARM Cortex A9 dual core processor, 1GB RAM,
8GB built-in storage with removable microSD card slot for extra storage, Android
4.1 Jelly Bean operating system with access to Google Play Store, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth
2.1, microUSB port to transfer files and 3.5mm headphone jack.
HP Slate 7 is going to release from April in United States at price
of $169 and from June in Europe at price of €149 and £129 in UK in Gray and Red colors.
